Great place here in the heart of the Industrial area of Rolleston. Tastefully decorated. Staff very friendly and helpful, food was really nice. Dishes consumed were battered blue cod and Haloumi salad. Will definitely be back to try something else.
Went here for lunch and the Food was real good value for money, and cooked by the chef perfectly. The reason for my below average rating was the service, or lack of. The staff were too busy worrying about when they were going to get there next Woodstock or Smirnoff in, and yes we went in for lunch. I try to always leave praise in my reviews knowing how hard our hospitality staff work with probably very little praise, however the service was extremely poor. We were barely greeted when we walked in (too busy talking) and it was like we had just wrecked there day by being there ????. Won’t be back in a hurry.
Food was great! We were visiting from America and had a party of 8 upstairs. The server let us know the quiz was going on that night and service would be slow. Our food was just what we ordered and really good but the team was short staffed and didn't come back for drink orders or to bring the tab after our meal. Still recommend since the food was so good.
Great atmosphere, but food was terrible. We had seafood chowder but it was more like fish poached in milk definitely not a chowder. Disappointing as have had good food in the past . With the cost of living being so high I won't return as it was expensive then to be yuck is a total put off
